Comfortable for 5 people (3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed, 1 single bed).There is an elevator.
It has everything you need to relax. All appliances (TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, etc.)
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The metro station is in 5 min. walking, and takes only 15 min with metro, to the city center.
There is a large Spanish supermarket "Mercadona" where you can find everything you need, also fresh fish and seafood.
You can pre-book parking for your car. Parking costs €20 per day. It is a 5-7 minute walk from the building. Parking must be booked in advance.
In accordance with Spanish law, we must take copies of your identity documents. In our apartment it is prohibited to make noise and organize parties from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. The fine is 450 eur. Please do not smoke in the apartment, the fine is 150 eur. Not suitable for people with disabilities. Not suitable for people under 21 years of age without being accompanied by an adult. Check in 15.00-22.00. Late check in, from 22.00 till 23.45. Is it costs +20eur.
