In our apartment it is prohibited to make noise and organize parties from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. The fine is 450 eur. Please do not smoke in the apartment, the fine is 150 eur. Not suitable for people with disabilities. Not suitable for people under 21 years of age without being accompanied by an adult.

Late check in, from 22.00 till 23.45. Is it costs +20eur.
You can pre-book parking for your car. Parking costs €20 per day. It is a 15 minute walk from the building. Parking must be booked in advance.
