The apartment has a double bed, kitchenette with living room and bathroom.
The sofa in the living room can be extended.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Barcelona, in the Badalona area.
Apartment is very comfortable with a small patio where you could have a coffee in the morning , under the Barcelona sun.
The courtyard is shared with other apartments, but is almost always free.

30 minutes from the center of Barcelona.
Badalona is famous for its quiet beach with a beautiful promenade,  a monument with a monkey and an anise factory. It has a large number of cafes and restaurants, including L'Estupendu, where you can enjoy one of the best paellas overlooking the sea.
If you want to go shopping, in 15 minutes from the apartment , we have a Magic shopping mall.

Smoking is allowed ONLY in the patio.
For smoking in the apartment fine is 150 euros.

Please do not make a noise after 22:00.
