    Comfortable for 5 people (3 bedrooms: 3 with double bed). It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. All appliances (TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, all appliances, wifi connection, etc.)
  • Please don't make noise, especially after 22:00. The flat is only for people over 21 years old.
    The apartment is on the 1st floor, in a building without a lift.
  • Below the apartment there is a beautiful and cosy terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, under the sun of Spain.
  • • The terrace is located in the common area of our building and is usually always empty.

  • The apartment is located in the suburbs of Badalona. Badalona is famous for its quiet beach with beautiful promenade.
    If you want to go shopping, 15 minutes from the apartment is the shopping center - Magic.
  • In accordance with Spanish law, we must take copies of your identity documents.  In our apartment it is prohibited to make noise and organize parties from 22:00 to 10.00. The fine is 450 eur.
  • Please do not smoke in the apartment, the fine is 150 eur.  Not suitable for people with disabilities.
  • Not suitable for people under 21 years of age without being accompanied by an adult.
