For your comfortable stay in the apartment are installed air conditioning.
We offer our guests private parking for 10 euros per day. Or parking in front of our entrance, for a small car (4.50 meters) for 5 euros per day. Reservations must be made in advance. Payment for parking must be made prior to arrival or on the first day of arrival.

In accordance with Spanish law, we must take copies of your identity documents. In our apartment it is prohibited to make noise and organize parties from 22:00 to 10.00. The fine is 450 eur. Please do not smoke in the apartment, the fine is 150 eur. Not suitable for people with disabilities. Not suitable for people under 21 years of age without being accompanied by an adult.
The apartment is located in a building without a lift.
