Excellent apartment with modern design, comfortable furniture, equipped with all the necessary appliances. Two spacious bedrooms (each of the bedrooms has a double bed), a cosy living room with sofa bed and dining area, and terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee as well as the Spanish sun, a separate equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building without a lift
For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with heating
air conditioning.
The apartment is very spacious and bright, recently renovated and furnished.
Convenient location: next to a large park, a "Magic" shopping mall, several shops and supermarkets. Close to metro station ( 15 min.) and bus stops.
Please don't make noise, especially after 22:00. The flat is only for people over 21 years old.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
In accordance with Spanish law, we must take copies of your identity documents.
In our apartment it is prohibited to make noise and organize parties from 22:00 to 10.00. The fine is 450 eur.
Please do not smoke in the apartment, the fine is 150 eur. Not suitable for people with disabilities.
Not suitable for people under 21 years of age without being accompanied by an adult.
