We do not have private parking. Street parking is necessary (blue) and free (white), finding a place to park can take some time. Park properly to avoid fines.

Other things to note: The property is located in a quiet residential area of the city of Badalona, which is a suburb of Barcelona near the metro stop La Salut (L10N) on a street with a variety of shops and supermarkets. The Magic Mall is just a 10-minute walk away and the beach is 30 minutes away.
Getting to La Salut metro stations - 3 min walk. Regardless of the location of the apartment, it is easy to reach the center of Barcelona (Plaza de Catalunya): by metro it takes about 30 minutes, to Sagrada Familia - about 20 minutes all the way.
