There are a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and grocery shops near the flat. Also, a large commercial centre Diagonal Mar where you can experience a first class shopping.
The best way to see Barcelona is to use the “Bus turistic” which is very easy to take as the nearest stop is just in 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Other things to note: Please don’t make any noise, especially after 10pm. The apartment is only for over 21 years old. “Late Check-in”, after 10pm until 11:45 pm , + 20 euros. No parties please.
You can pre-book parking for your car in advance. Parking costs 20€ per day. It is a 5 minute walk from the building. Parking must be booked in advance.
